He found the single in a second-hand book shop in Edinburgh in 1994.

Tom says  "At the time i'd never heard

of him but with a smile like that..."

R.L. signed it for him when he played a show in Glasgow. "He was a total gent with his Bloody Motherfucker going

down steadily." "We had a great chat about Scotland, Jessie Mae Hemphill, and his music. I was totally star struck"

A band called  Gilded Lil  on Tom's Bosque record label opened the
